Terms of Service
Last updated: [preencher: data de vigência — LEGAL_EFFECTIVE_DATE]
These Terms are the agreement between GEENA and the cleaning business that uses it. In short: GEENA works for you based on your settings, you stay in charge of your prices, policies and client consent, you can cancel anytime, and we are honest about what the AI can and can’t do.

1.Who we are and who these Terms are for
GEENA AI is provided by [preencher: razão social da empresa — LEGAL_COMPANY_NAME] (“GEENA”, “we”, “us”), [preencher: endereço da empresa — LEGAL_ADDRESS]. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between GEENA and the business that creates an account (“you”, “the business”).
GEENA is a business tool. By creating an account or using GEENA you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are allowed to accept these Terms for your business. Our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms are part of these Terms.
2.What GEENA does
GEENA is an AI assistant for residential cleaning companies in the United States. Based on the settings you choose (including the Autopilot switches in Settings), GEENA can act on your behalf, for example:
- answer your clients by text message, web chat, e-mail and after missed calls;
- send quotes calculated from the price table you set up;
- book open time slots, pick the team and send the team leader the route for the next day;
- send follow-ups, payment reminders and review requests;
- send you a daily summary and alert you when something needs you.
You decide which areas run on their own. You can turn each area on or off at any time.
3.Your responsibilities
GEENA speaks for your business, so you are responsible for what it is set up to say. In particular, you are responsible for:
- your prices, discounts, fees, cancellation policy and other business policies;
- the accuracy of the information you enter (services, service area, schedules, team details, client details);
- having your clients’ permission (consent) to contact them by text, call or e-mail, and a clear opt-in before any marketing message;
- following the laws that apply to your business, including consumer, employment, tax and privacy laws;
- the work your business performs and your relationship with your clients and team.
4.Your account
Give us accurate information and keep it up to date. Keep your password safe and do not share your login. You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by team members you invite. Tell us right away at [preencher: e-mail de contato — LEGAL_CONTACT_EMAIL] if you think someone used your account without permission.
5.Free trial, plans and billing
- Free trial: new businesses get a 14-day free trial. We ask for a card at checkout (processed by Stripe). Nothing is charged before the trial ends. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.
- Plans: prices are shown on our pricing page (for example Solo, Starter, Growth and Pro). Annual billing costs 20% less than paying monthly for 12 months.
- Automatic renewal: when the trial ends, your plan starts and renews automatically every month or every year (depending on what you chose) until you cancel. Stripe charges your card at the start of each period.
- Cancel anytime: you can cancel from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, and you keep access until then.
- Refunds: except for the GEENA Guarantee below, or where the law requires it, payments are not refundable and we do not refund partial periods.
- Taxes: prices do not include taxes. You are responsible for any sales, use or similar taxes that apply.
- Price changes: if we change the price of your plan, we will tell you in advance, and the new price applies from your next billing period.
- Failed payments: if a payment fails, we may pause or limit the service until it is fixed.
6.The GEENA Guarantee
If GEENA doesn’t help you win back at least one job’s worth of revenue (your plan’s monthly price) in your first 30 paid days, you can ask for a refund of your first month. The rules:
- We count the money GEENA shows under “Money confirmed” or “Customers who replied” in your results during your first 30 paid days (not the ones you marked as not from GEENA or removed). Free-trial days don’t count.
- “One job’s worth” means at least your plan’s monthly price.
- To ask, reply to your receipt e-mail. A person on our team checks your results and refunds your first monthly payment to the original card. It isn’t automatic.
- Annual plans: we refund one month’s share (1/12 of the yearly price).
- If your first month was free through a referral, the guarantee covers your first charged month.
- One refund per business.
7.Acceptable use
You agree not to use GEENA to:
- send spam, or text or e-mail people who did not give you permission;
- use purchased, rented or scraped contact lists;
- break the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, mobile carrier rules (including texting registration rules) or any other law;
- send illegal, hateful, harassing, deceptive or adult content, or content about prohibited products (for example cannabis, firearms or gambling);
- pretend to be someone else, or hide who is sending a message;
- try to break, overload, copy or reverse-engineer GEENA, or get around its limits and safety rules.
GEENA keeps safety rules on for everyone: opt-out (STOP) is always honored, marketing goes only to contacts who opted in, and quiet hours are respected. We may pause messages, a phone number or an account to protect people, carriers or the service.
8.Phone numbers provided by GEENA
- GEENA can get a local phone number for your business while you have an active plan or a free trial started with a card. GEENA pays the phone provider (Twilio) for it.
- The number belongs to GEENA and its phone provider. You may use it while you use GEENA; it is not yours to sell or transfer.
- If your plan becomes inactive, we warn you and release the number 30 days later. After a number is released we may not be able to get it back.
- Texting in the US requires a carrier registration for your business. You must give true and complete information for that registration.
9.Text message allowance and fair use
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of text message segments (Solo 300, Starter 600, Growth 2,000, Pro 5,000). Conversations and service texts (replies, confirmations, reminders, missed-call texts) are never cut off. If you go over the allowance, only marketing campaigns pause until the next month. We warn you at 80% and at 100%.
Fair use: the service is meant for the normal needs of a cleaning business. We may limit unusual volume or activity that looks like abuse, and we will tell you if we do.
10.What the AI can and can’t do
- GEENA uses artificial intelligence to write messages. AI can make mistakes or misunderstand a client. Check your settings, prices and policies, and look at the activity GEENA shows you.
- Prices always come from your own price table, never from the AI.
- GEENA never charges fees, gives refunds, changes your prices or answers complaints on its own. Those go to you.
- You control which areas run on Autopilot and can turn them off at any time. You are responsible for the final decisions of your business.
- GEENA does not give legal, tax, financial or employment advice.
11.Your data
Your business data and your clients’ data belong to you. You give us permission to store and use it only to provide, secure and support GEENA for you, as explained in our Privacy Policy. We process your clients’ data on your behalf, as your service provider.
You can export your data by asking us at [preencher: e-mail de contato — LEGAL_CONTACT_EMAIL]. After your account ends you can still ask for an export for 30 days.
We may use information that is combined and does not identify you or your clients to measure and improve the service. We do not sell your data or your clients’ data.
12.Third-party services
GEENA works with other companies to provide the service, including Stripe (payments), Twilio (text messages, calls and phone numbers), Resend (e-mail), OpenAI (AI text generation) and Supabase (database and login). Their own terms also apply to what they do. Mobile carriers and these providers can have delays or outages that we do not control.
If you connect other tools or payment apps (for example Zelle, Venmo or Cash App), your use of them is between you and them.
13.Confidentiality
Each of us will keep the other’s non-public information confidential and use it only for this agreement, except when the law requires sharing it. This does not cover information that is already public or that was received legally from someone else.
14.Disclaimers
We work hard to keep GEENA useful and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will bring a specific result, and we disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The GEENA Guarantee above is the only results guarantee we offer.
15.Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows: (a) neither side is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data; and (b) GEENA’s total liability for all claims related to the service is limited to the fees you paid to GEENA in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim.
Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
16.Indemnity
You will defend and hold GEENA harmless from claims by third parties (for example your clients, team members or a regulator) that come from your content, your prices and policies, messages sent to people without their consent, your business services, or your breaking these Terms or the law.
17.Suspension and termination
You can stop using GEENA and cancel at any time. We may suspend or close an account if payments fail, if these Terms are broken, or if needed to protect people, carriers or the service. When possible we will warn you first.
When your account ends, access stops, Autopilot stops acting for you, and phone numbers follow the release rule above. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as data, confidentiality, liability and indemnity) stay in effect.
18.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [preencher: estado da lei aplicável — LEGAL_STATE], United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in [preencher: estado da lei aplicável — LEGAL_STATE], unless the law requires otherwise.
19.Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will change the “last updated” date, and for important changes we will tell you by e-mail or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using GEENA after the changes take effect, you accept the new Terms.
20.General
These Terms (with the documents they mention) are the whole agreement between us about GEENA. If a part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger or sale of our business. The English version is the governing version; translations are for convenience.
