Program name: GEENA AI text messages.

GEENA AI sends text messages to (a) owners and team members of cleaning businesses that use GEENA — account alerts, the daily summary, team routes and items that need their attention; and (b) the clients of those businesses, on each business’s behalf — replies to their questions, quotes they asked for, booking confirmations, reminders, payment reminders and review requests. Marketing messages are sent only to people who opted in to receive them.

Each cleaning business also has its own SMS terms on its booking page.

You agree to receive texts when you turn on text notifications in your GEENA account, check the text-message box on a booking or quote form, text a business’s GEENA number first, or ask a business to text you. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will get one last text confirming you were unsubscribed.
• Reply START to receive messages again.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
