Questions
How is the price set?
It comes from the business's own price list for the home you described. It's the same for everyone, before tax where applicable.
Do I pay GEENA?
No. You pay the business. GEENA takes no fee from you or from the business on Marketplace bookings.
Who sees my address and phone?
Only the business you choose, after you choose it.
Are the reviews real?
Only clients of completed GEENA visits can rate. Every client gets the same invite.
Can a business hide bad reviews?
No. It can reply. Only GEENA removes reviews that break the published rules.
Is GEENA the cleaning company?
No. GEENA is a platform; the business you choose does the cleaning.
Will I get calls or texts?
No calls from us. Quotes arrive by email and on your request page. Texts only if you opt in with the business you book.
How do I stop emails or delete my data?
